Blend B is a blend of South and Central American coffees. The coffees in our blends rotate due to seasonal availability but we seek to maintain a consistent flavor profile. This coffee is a medium dark roast that is well-rounded, smooth, and naturally sweet. It makes a great house blend and we recommend it for those who are looking for an easy-to-drink option that works well with cream.

Grounded and sweet, this coffee features rich brown spice notes that are balanced out by caramelized pear and cherry flavors, giving the cups a warmth that mirrors the season.
Hyssop is composed of two stand-out coffees: Guatemala Huehuetenango and Costa Rica Cerro San Luis. One lot brings the foundation: nutty and sweet, with a subtle hint of dried fruit. The other brings the brightness: opening up the cup with a fruit-forward sweetness that doesn’t overstay its welcome.
