Blend B is a blend of South and Central American coffees. The coffees in our blends rotate due to seasonal availability but we seek to maintain a consistent flavor profile. This coffee is a medium dark roast that is well-rounded, smooth, and naturally sweet. It makes a great house blend and we recommend it for those who are looking for an easy-to-drink option that works well with cream.

Grown at high elevations in Grecia, West Valley, Costa Rica, this coffee comes from Cerro San Luis Micromill, two family farms and a small mill owned by siblings. 

This lot is processed as White Honey, a method the family developed themselves. Cherries are sorted and depulped shortly after harvest, then moved straight to raised beds for a few days at a shallow depth before finishing under cover on a patio.

The result is a cup shaped by both a distinctive genetic line and a process designed with real intention, from a family that's still actively deciding what this farm can be.
